If you want to protect your eyesight, you must pay attention to the following points:
First, you should not keep your eyes working for a long time. After you have studied for a long time, about an hour or so, you’d better have a rest by looking in the long distance.
Second, you should keep your book about a foot away from your eyes when you read it. You should also keep in mind, “Don’t read in a dim light or in the sun; don’t read in the moving bus or in bed.” Doing eye – exercises will help you keep good eyesight.
