I travel a lot, and I find out different “styles”(风格) of directions every time I ask “How can I get to the post office?”

Foreign tourists are often confused(困惑) in Japan because most streets there don’t have names; In Japan, people use landmarks(地标) in their directions instead of street names. Travel Tips from the Budget Traveler

Plan in advance.

Passengers planning to travel by plane or train should buy their tickets at least one week before the trip. You can save money that way. There are often special airfares and rail fares if you buy your ticket more than 7 days or 14 days in advance.
