Many people associate crying with weakness. If a person easily breaks down, it gives the

36  that the person is soft and can easily be overpowered. But many do not know that tears have a purpose. It has a  37  after-effect on a person that can give comfort and strength to  38  any negative feeling or depression.

People cry for a reason. You may cry because you are too happy or too sad or very angry. Letting your tears flow freely gives you a sense of  39  to be true to your feelings and to yourself. Your tears become a form of  45  when problems become too much for us to bear.

In my opinion, people who are not afraid to cry  46  are stronger than those who control the tears for later. If the reason for crying is  47  and your emotions are very strong, you have no reason to be ashamed.

Tears can make you stronger in a way. When faced with a problem, people who control their tears  48  to constantly worry and stress about the problem and fail to see the  49  right away. This makes them more prone (易于) to weakness and to more mistakes. These people may  50  strong because they hide what they truly feel. But the truth is, all the pretensions make them a weaker person.

On the other hand, people who openly  51  themselves to cry release their emotions much sooner. After crying, these people feel more  52  and can then begin to think straight.  53  the negative thoughts and emotions have been reduced, they can  54  think of ways to solve the problem.

As the saying goes, “The truth shall set you free.” Tears show others your true emotions. Your true strength is using your tears to easily  55  your moment of suffering. That is the power of tears.

Many theories regarding the causes of juvenile delinquency (crimes committed by young people) focus either on the individual or on society as the major contributing influence. Theories1on the individual suggest that children 2 criminal behavior before they were not sufficiently 3 for previous misbehaviors or that they have learned criminal behavior through interaction with others. Theories focusing on the role of society suggest that children commit crimes in 4 to their failure to rise above their socioeconomic status or as a rejection of middle-class values.

All these conditions tend to increase the 19 of a child committing a criminal act, 20 a direct cause and effect relationship has not yet been established.

But Galileo, going to the  37  of the leaning Tower of Pisa, let fall two   38   stones and proved Aristotle was wrong. It was Galileo’s  39  of going direct to Nature, and proving our   40  and theories by experiment, that has led to all the discoveries of modern science.

Scientists reveal the perfect way to apologize

Elton John once sang that sorry seemed to be hardest word but now scientists have found that the perfect apology requires more than just the word 'sorry' itself.

36  on the findings of a new study, researchers said there are six key 37  to make one's apology more sincere and easy to accept with two being very critical in ensuring acceptance. They are accepting one's own  38  and offering to repair the damage when making an apology, according to Ohio State University researchers.

The study 39  how 755 volunteers reacted to apologies that contained some or all of the six key elements in two separate parts.

The first part involved 333 adults acting out a fictional scenario where they were an accounting department manager interviewing a 40  employee. The 41  had filed an incorrect tax return during their 42  work but when asked during the fake interview about it, they apologized. The adults 43  in the study then had to 44  different apologies which contained one, three or all of the sorry elements listed above. The 45  was between one (not at all) and five (very).

In the second part of the research, 422 undergraduates had the same scenario but this time they did not know what elements were 46  the apologies and had to rate it in a 47  fashion.

The results were not 48  the same, but very similar, researchers said, and those apologies that contained more of the elements were rated 49  than others.

"Apologies really do 50 , but you should make sure you 51  as many of the six key components as possible," said Roy Lewicki, from the university's Fisher College of Business.

"Our findings showed that the most important component is an acknowledgement of 52 ," Mr Lewicki, who led the study, said. "Say it is your fault, that you made a mistake."

He 53  that an offer of repair was crucial because "one concern about apologies is that talk is 54 ". But by offering to fix the damage, "you're committing to take action to 55  the damage", he said.
